Terms and Conditions of Membership and Indemnity

ATC Multisport (Incorporating Atlantic Triathlon Club, ATC Swimming, ATC Cycling and ATC Running)

I hereby declare that by selecting Yes to continue with this application for membership, I agree to the terms and conditions of ATC Multisport Membership, as set out below:

1. I understand that participation in triathlon and related sporting activities are at my own risk and that ATC Multisport, Atlantic Triathlon Club (ATC), ATC Running, ATC Cycling, ATC Swimming, its employees, committee members and associates, will not be held liable for any illness, injury, death or loss of property.
2. I am healthy and have no known medical conditions that could prevent me from participation in sporting activities.
3. I indemnify ATC Multisport against all and any action of whatever nature, which may arise out of my participation in any activities, training sessions or events organised or promoted by ATC Multisport.
4. I authorise ATC Multisport Club to use my personal details in order that I may be informed of ATC-related activities.
5. I understand that ATC will from time-to-time affiliate themselves to various National and Regional Sporting Bodies, and I agree to be bound by their terms of membership.
6. I hereby authorise ATC Multisport to use my information and this acceptance for purpose of submitting on-ward applications for membership to Affiliated Organisations and National and Regional Sporting Bodies.
